i’m a former addict in recovery and have self medicated with everything under the moon. I know this is an old thread - but it looks like your comment was left not that long ago. So please try it for yourself if you feel even remotely the way I did. I was basically home bound and leaving work early because of the crap I endured from anxiety. Idk sorry to be so long winded about this but I believe if something so simple and healthy as this could change my life I can’t be the only one who can live again and experience a life without the fear that I lived in daily. It’s a freedom I’ve not known for a long time and you don’t have to go to the dr to get this stuff. I’m not saying this will cure drinking, however I stopped drinking over the course of just a few weeks using the Olly stress pills. The only thing that would ever reverse an attack was to drink a beer or could turn my brain off at night was to drink. You find yourself more patient and collected where usually you wouldn’t be able to react that way. The change is so unnoticeable as it basically just makes you well YOU, just without the behemoth that anxiety and stress becomes. I take one in the morning, one at lunch and two before bed. However I noticed one day that I hadn’t had a single anxiety attack since I started them. My wife got the pill form of the goodbye stress and when I started them I was looking for the change, something to freak out over as anxiety does that. Which freaked me out since anxiety makes you think and feel everything is wrong, the stuff I was put on made me think something else was wrong lol. I went to the hospital of course and they put me on things that made me numb and noticeably altered. The attacks were violent at times, hyperventilating, false heart attack symptoms, acid reflux, the list goes on. I was having at least one panic attack a day and there were invisible triggers honestly. Before I knew it I couldn’t navigate a day without being ocd and a hypochondriac. My anxiety if you will, became such a life altering factor.
